Happy Monday Every one!
Last week was a good week for hunting and pecking. I went to a few local thrift stores and on Saturday morning my daughter and I went looking for yard sales. This is what I found…
I found this great vintage 1960’s chrome bread box at a thrift shop. I have one like it in my kitchen and love it.
I came across some lovely vintage glassware and kitchen collectibles. A vintage oil lamp and some great embroidered pieces.
The deal of the week was a box of this gorgeous blue transferware by Johnson and Bros. The whole box was only $5!!!!!! I looked up each piece on replacements.com and nearly fell off the couch when I saw their prices. I have blue and white toile in my dining room and I think a few of these dishes will be finding a home there.
I found this cute pair of vintage dog figurines with the intention of putting them in my shop but they are just so cute they are now sitting in my breakfast room.
I’ve been looking for a pedestal table for my breakfast area and I came across this one at the salvation army. It has two leaves so I can extend it when company comes. Can you believe it was only $25!!!! I have painted and distressed the bottom an antique white and it looks awesome. Stay tuned for pictures in another post.
All of these goodies cost me under $40! I’d say that’s a good deal.
Well, thanks for stopping by today and happy hunting!
