Today I would like to share another Halloween decoration I’ve put up in my home. A few years back I was looking in Country Living’s Halloween issue at all the their decorating ideas. In one of the photos there was a charming black “Christmas” tree adorned with Halloween decorations. I Loved it!
I went out and found a small Christmas tree at a discount store, bought a few cans of black spray paint and went to town on my own version.
I bought a paper mache bucket from Michael’s that already had a vintage Halloween image on it. I filled it with plaster of paris and stuck the base of the tree in the center of the bucket and let it sit overnight to harden.
Very cute! What a neat idea!!
Wow! That's awesome!! Never thought of a Halloween tree!! Good job!!!
very merry vintage style
Oh how nice! Love, love, love it!
I love this idea!!! 🙂
That is so cute. I was thinking of doing my regular tree Fall and Halloween for now, but decided too much work:)
Ahhh I love it, my husband would seriouly lose it if I had one more halloween decoration (maybe I will push for one next year).
the wanna be country girl
