Lisa’s Creative Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
All shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise noted. Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. All domestic UPS packages are insured up to $100 automatically. All other domestic orders will be insured for the purchase price. International orders MUST choose USPS Priority mail in order for your purchase to be insured against loss or damage during transit.
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
– First Class Mail (USA) – default for most pillows and lightweight items
– Priority Mail (USA) – upgrade option for most items
-Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority (if over 15 oz) or UPS Ground (large packages).
-Due to Pandemic related delays within USPS, you may request your order to be shipped via UPS if you do not want me to send it via USPS. Just email me with your request and I will get you a rate to upgrade.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit but will do what I can to rectify any issue that arises. If your domestic package has been in transit for longer than 2 weeks, please contact me for a refund or replacement. (Due to Covid related delays within USPS and UPS please allow 3-4 weeks before requesting a refund or replacement for domestic deliveries during the pandemic. You may contact the shipping company earlier than that to put in a lost package claim. Most items arrive in a timely manner but some packages may be delayed for reasons out of my control within the USPS & UPS systems.)
ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED- Please contact me immediately so I can promptly contact the shipping company to file a claim. Photos of damaged items with their original packaging are required to process a claim. If claim is approved by UPS or USPS you will receive money back.
If there is a problem with your order please contact me IMMEDIATELY so I can file a claim. Photos of the damaged item and it’s original packaging are required to file a claim. Refunds will be sent once claim is approved. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground.
Please allow 7-14 days for large and custom orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do ship worldwide. However our integrated shipping calculator does not always calculate all orders outside of the US and purchases may be subject to additional shipping charges. I will send you an updated or separate invoice for shipping charges if this is the case.
I strive to accurately describe each item for sale and its the responsibility of the buyer to read and take note of these descriptions, measurements and photos. Many items are vintage and should be expected to show some age and wear. Handmade items are one of a kind creations and designs may vary as each one is unique. Custom Orders and Personalized items are not returnable.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. I will refund the order amount less shipping charges upon receiving returned merchandise in original condition and in original packing and box . All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If item is returned, you must purchase insurance. **We cannot refund your purchase if item is damaged and not insured**
