Our custom-made huggable memory blanket is the perfect way to remember a loved one and create a lasting heirloom keepsake. Each blanket is carefully crafted from your loved one’s clothing, providing you with a tangible connection to the past. Snuggle up with this cozy and meaningful blanket to feel their love and presence whenever you need it most.
***Turn around time is about 4-6 weeks but depends on how large and complicated your order is. And what my work flow currently is.
These beautiful keepsake blankets will be made in a patchwork design using pieces of your clothing on the front. The back will be a soft polyester plush fabric in a color of your choice. If left up to me I will choose something that will coordinate. If you have a color preference please let me know upon ordering your blankets so I can get a jump start and order the fabric for you.
These memory blankets come in a few different size options:
- Small T-Shirt Baby Blanket: Measures 14 inches X 20 inches
- Lap Blanket: Measures 32 inches X 25 inches
- Throw Blanket: Measures 40 X 30 inches
Design Options:
Small T-shirt Baby Blanket: These are perfect for making a huggable blanket out of a single T-shirt. The backing would be made from a soft plush fabric. Finished size would depend on the size of the T-shirt. Think huggable receiving blanket!
Simple Patchwork Blanket: Made with just your clothing in a patchwork design and plush backing.
Blanket with Personalized Patch: Add a patch to one of the panels that features a name and/or special phrase. I can even add a signature or small photo to the patch as well!
Fancy Blanket: A blanket using your clothing with added embellishments. This also includes custom full panels printed with a special name, phrase, poem, picture and design elements. Panels will be custom made to order at my discretion. If you have any ideas regarding the design please let me know!
***These blankets can be made with a variety of garment types ie: Pajamas, T-shirts, Button down shirts, Bathrobes, Dresses, Night Gowns, Jeans and Sweatshirts. Please do not send heavily beaded garments, thick sweaters, sheer blouses or real stretchy clothing.
Ordering Information:
The size of the garment will determine how many 9 inch squares I can get out of it. So you may want to measure. If you are sending graphic T-shirts I will do my best to incorporate most of the design so 1 shirt per 2 panels. (Blankets made from graphic T-shirts may result in a random patchwork design with different sized panels)
***Once you place the order and complete checkout a pop up window will open up with my shipping address to send the garment(s) to. If you do not get the pop up please email me at Lisa@LisasCreativeDesigns.com.

Please include your name and any special instructions for me in the package. Also, please be sure to include any lace, ribbon or embellishments you would like me to incorporate into the design.
