Awhile back I read about the Raleigh Fairgrounds Flea Market in Country Living Magazine. It looked great and have been dying to go ever since. A few weeks ago I finally got the chance. It is huge and vendors are scattered inside a few different buildings and all over outside. You can find everything from crafts, to antiques, sweat socks to SHAM WOW! Hungry? Grab a NY hot dog or a slice of pizza or even try a fried Twinkie! I wasn’t that brave though.
It was an enjoyable day and I strongly suggest stopping by if you are ever in the area. You never know what you’ll find. We finished off our trip to Raleigh with a visit to the Museum of Natural Sciences so the kids could get up close and personal with the dinosaurs. Not sure which I liked more!
