Decorating A Valentine’s Day Themed Christmas Tree

Today I wanted to take a few moments to share with you my Valentine’s Day themed Christmas tree I have displayed in my breakfast room on my pink Hoosier table.

I love this sweet little pink tabletop Christmas tree I purchased a few years ago and wanted to use it more than just at Christmas time. So I figured why not decorate it for Valentine’s Day?

I kept it quite simple with a few glittered red hearts I found on clearance last year at Hobby Lobby and vintage Victorian Valentine’s Day ornaments.

I found a whole package of these brand new elegant Victorian Valentine ornaments at a local thrift shop. Score! They are just darling!

Just beside the tree I added a pink rose floral arrangement for added interest. This piece usually sits in my living room. I love the pink script petals on these silk roses.

On the top of the tree sits a Heart Shaped Vintage Inspired Tree Topper that I designed and made. It was a spin off of my much loved, handmade Christmas Tree Toppers that I offer in my shop.

At the base of the small Valentine’s Day themed Christmas tree I placed an assortment of candy filled treat bags adorned with retro style Valentine tags.

A Christmas tree decorated for Valentine’s Day would be perfect for a classroom or office! Don’t you think? So if you haven’t put your Christmas decor away yet perhaps you will want to keep out your small tabletop Christmas tree or pull it back out of storage and create your own Valentine’s Day tree! If you do, please email me some pictures!
