Hi Everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend. We didn’t do too much this Independence Day. I spent most of the weekend painting my kitchen cabinets (more on that in a future post) and we also went and ordered a laminate floor for the livingroom. It looks like this weekend will consist of ripping up rugs, moving furniture outside, praying it does not RAIN and attempting to lay our own laminate floor down. Keep your fingers crossed! A Weekend Yard Sale

Hi Everyone, This past weekend was a very busy one for me. For months I have been picking through closets, checking under beds, sifting through cabinets and pulling things out of storage for a huge PURGE fest. I cannot believe how many things we’ve aquired over the years and being an avid yard saler myself does not help any! So after months of collecting, pricing and stashing I had a big yard sale Saturday. The weather was just perfect with the sun shining and no rain in the forecast. More Before and After Fleamarket Redesigns

I bought this old chandelier from a friend of mine. It sat in my shed for months as I had my mind occupied on other projects. I loved the shape and had in mind what I wanted to do to it. A client came in one day and mentioned she would love o have a chandelier for her daughter’s room. Well, I jumped at the chance to create one for her. I rewired it so you can just plug it into a regular outlet, painted it pink and covered 5 lampshades in different but coordinating floral fabrics. I love the way it turned out and so did she.
