Hi All, With Thanksgiving upon us I wanted to stop in today and express my thoughts on the subject of Giving Thanks. I am a firm believer that we should stop and take a few moments each day and count our blessings, especially on days when the skies overhead seem grey. My life is far from perfect but I have alot to be thankful for and I am thankful for that in itself. I am so thankful for my family, immediate and extended. Thanksgiving At Lisa’s…A Home Tour

I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! I am a little late posting this but yesterday I was BUSY BUSY BUSY cooking and entertaining, and stressing a little. I love decorating for the Holidays, especially when I am hosting the event. Today I would like to share some pics of my tablescapes and decor.I don’t go crazy decorating for Thanksgiving. I like to keep it simple….Christmas is another story. My mantel gets dressed up for Thanksgiving with the addition of a few pinecones, white pilgrim woman, turkeys, faux leaves and berries. My formal Dining Room all gussied up! The table is adorned with faux leaves, candles, vintage glassware and simple white ironstone plates.
